My Experience
For more than 20 years, I've partnered with churches, ministries, nonprofits, and higher education organizations to help leaders turn vision into meaningful results.
I currently serve as a National Director with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, where I lead organization-wide initiatives, develop strategies, manage complex projects, and equip teams to advance mission-driven work.
My “Coach Approach to Leading and Managing” certification shapes how I partner with leaders—asking the right questions, building their team's ownership rather than dependence on me, and equipping them to sustain the systems and progress long after our engagement ends. I also hold an Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Georgetown University, bringing a systems-level approach to organizational culture, talent practices, and inclusive leadership, and I am certified in Cultural Intelligence (CQ®), equipping me to help organizations build healthy, inclusive cultures across differences, resolving cross-cultural conflicts.
