My Experience & Approach

For more than 20 years, I've partnered with churches, ministries, nonprofits, and higher education organizations to help leaders turn vision into meaningful results.

I bring experience in strategic planning, leadership development, organizational systems, culture, and change management. Whether helping a team navigate growth, strengthen operations, or lead through change, my goal is to create clarity, build healthy systems, and help organizations flourish.

My experience includes:

  • Assessing organizational health and creating clear recommendations with actionable implementation plans.

  • Facilitating strategic planning and organizational change initiatives.

  • Building systems that improve communication, accountability, and decision-making.

  • Aligning teams, priorities, and resources around organizational goals.

  • Coaching senior leaders and developing healthy, high-performing teams.

  • Leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

I currently serve as a National Director with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, where I have spent 17 years leading organization-wide initiatives, developing strategies, managing complex projects, and equipping teams to advance mission-driven work.

I also hold an Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Georgetown University, where I consulted on equitable hiring strategies for a large healthcare system, and I am certified in Cultural Intelligence (CQ®), equipping me to help organizations build healthy, inclusive cultures across differences.

As your Executive Partner, I bring both strategic perspective and hands-on partnership—assessing challenges, identifying opportunities, and helping you implement the people, systems, and strategies needed to accomplish your mission with clarity and confidence.

My approach combines trust, empathy, and execution—creating space for thoughtful dialogue while helping organizations make decisions, implement solutions, and achieve meaningful results.
